Coach Steve Ashton has helped train teams for 11 years whether its helping teams’ pitchers, helping players improve their batting potential or running the team practices. Each team improves based on the development plan we have crafted thanks to years of experience.

For most teams, practices are unstructured and not all that beneficial especially when teams don’t have access to private instruction. Baseball and Softball practices should mimic the game and run at game speed and whenever your players fail in games, it can likely be traced to poor practice and a lack of preparation.

Payment for trainer assistance is cheap when teams can split costs between parents.

In todays world, many sports and programs use trainers and clubs bill the fee into the player dues for each season however some clubs will tell coaches to do their own thing so below are payment options.

Option 1 – Club approval. Typically most clubs allow for teams to bill parents for trainers use and if they don’t, coaches can request for the club to allow. Ashton Athletics invoices the club directly prior to lessons.

Option 2 – Non-club approval. If the club still does not approve training, the coach can gauge interest of teams parents and an invoice will be sent to the coach.

Pitching and Hitting programs are billed to individual parents or the coach.
